On receiving an enquiry, we will discuss with you, whether we are able to assist with meeting your needs and objectives. We will also discuss how we would be paid for our services should we be instructed to proceed. There is no charge for this preliminary conversation and no obligation on either side.

The Cost of our Service - Our Charges


We charge a fee of 1% of the mortgage loan for advising and submitting your mortgage application. For example, if you take out a loan of £100,000, you will pay us a fee of £1,000. This fee becomes payable on the date we obtain your approved mortgage offer and will be settled by bank transfer.  For full transparency, however, we will set out our exact fee in our ‘Client Fee Agreement’ prior to proceeding with the mortgage application. At that point, we will have a better understanding of your specific circumstances.

We will also receive and retain any commission paid by the lender when your mortgage completes.

Non-investment protection  

We do not charge a fee, as we will receive a commission from the provider/insurer after the policy has been placed at risk.
